How to use it
The Filler takes a land mark area (height via a mark on Y) and builds by pattern: fill, clear, box, walls, flatten, pyramid, stairs, cylinder (hollow).
Blocks come from its storage. Like BuildCraft 7.1: 24 MJ per placed block, clearing costs like the quarry; it only starts with 50 MJ buffered (1 Stirling ≈ 50 blocks per minute). If someone stands in the way it skips the spot and retries at the end – the GUI shows where.

Not used as an ingredient in any recipe.
