1. Find a spout/oil lake, 
Pump above it, 
Redstone Engine on the pump, lever.
2. Next to the pump: 
tanks (stacked) – or fluid pipes to your base.
3. Power the 
Refinery: at first 2–4 
Stirling engines or combustion engines on oil.
4. Second pump on a 3×3 water pool, fluid pipes to the 
combustion engines (cooling).
5. Fuel from the refinery via a wooden fluid pipe into a tank, from there to the engines.
6. Once fuel flows: switch the engines to fuel – double power, a bucket lasts 21 min.
