The Assembly Table needs no power itself – lasers within 4 blocks beam up to 4 MJ/t each into it. More lasers = faster. The beam colour shows the power: red up to 1, yellow up to 2, green up to 3, blue above 3 MJ/t; the table glows while lasers hit it.
