How to use it

Install a Gate (made from a Redstone Chipset) into an item or fluid pipe with right-click. Sneak + empty hand opens it.

Actions: close the pipe, adjacent engines on or off, cycle an iron pipe's output. "Inverted" turns every condition around – e.g. engines off when the tank is full.
