How to use it
The Inscriber has three slots: top, middle, bottom. Press on top + ingredient in the middle → printed circuit (the press stays).
Silicon: smelt 
Certus Quartz Dust into silicon.
Logic = gold, calculation = certus, engineering = diamond, silicon = silicon.
Processor: printed circuit on top + redstone in the middle + 
Printed Silicon at the bottom → 
Logic Processor, 
Calculation Processor, 
Engineering Processor.
Power: 2,000 AE per operation (≈ 6 s), from the network or EU. Up to 4 acceleration cards: down to 1 s per operation.
