Without a Pump Module the quarry leaves water and lava alone. With it, sources go into two tanks (16,000 mB each), the rest is discarded. Tanks output to adjacent tanks.

A Quarry Generator next to it burns the pumped lava (1000 mB = 20,000 ticks).

The generator burns any furnace fuel (coal 80 s, lava bucket 1000 s) and delivers 16 EU/t (64 FE/t) to all sides. When full it pauses without wasting fuel.

Power from other mods (cables, generators) works the same – everything runs on EU.
