Draconium Ore is very rare in the overworld and lies deep down (also as Deepslate Draconium Ore).
The Nether has more (Nether Draconium Ore), the End the most (End Draconium Ore).

Needs a diamond pickaxe. Each ore drops 1–3 dust, Fortune adds more, Silk Touch gives the ore.

When the Ender Dragon dies it drops a Dragon Heart and 32 Draconium Dust — they appear
on top of the portal pillar after the death animation. Every respawned dragon drops another heart.

From the second dragon of a world on you also get a Chaos Shard.
