Put flowers, grass, ferns, saplings or mushrooms on all 12 border tiles around it.

Throw a diamond into the water. Lightning strikes and the pool shimmers purple.

Stand in the pool and wait a moment — you are through. A return portal forms where you arrive; both pools stay linked.
