Shop FAQ
Go to supportHow do I get the rank?
You buy it with your player name — that’s all we need. The rank is handed to the network directly and is active immediately. If you’re online, you’ll see it within seconds; otherwise at the latest when you next log in to the lobby.
Is this a subscription?
No. You pay for VIP, VIP+, MVP and MVP+ once and keep them permanently. MVP+ Gold is a 30-day monthly pass — it never renews by itself and nothing is ever charged automatically. Coins are a one-time credit.
I didn’t receive my rank
Log out of the server and back in so the lobby reloads your profile. If it’s still missing, check the order status under “My purchases” and contact support with your order number. We can see every order and will apply it by hand.
Can I open crates with money?
No. The crates in the lobby (Wings Case, Legends Case) are only available for coins, which you earn in-game or buy here — you can see what’s inside and the odds before every pull. In return, the mythic items aren’t in any crate: you buy exactly what you see.
Does MVP+ Gold renew by itself?
No. MVP+ Gold is a monthly pass: every purchase gives you 30 days, another purchase adds 30 more. Nothing is charged automatically. When the pass ends, you’re back to your permanent rank — a VIP, VIP+, MVP or MVP+ you bought before or during the pass stays yours.
What does an upgrade cost?
Just the difference. If you already have VIP and want VIP+, the checkout charges VIP+ minus VIP. In-game the same works with coins at the ranks chest — where you can also gift ranks to others.
Can I buy a gift?
Yes. Log out (or open the shop in a private window) and enter the Minecraft name of the person receiving the gift at checkout — they just need to have been on Loraplex once. While logged in, a purchase always goes to your own account.
