We check the recording, the chat and your record — usually within 48 hours.

You get a reply

Accepted means the ban is lifted immediately. Rejected means it stays — with an explanation.

Be honest. Owning up gives you better chances than denying everything — we can see the recording.
Include the chat log link: type /chatlog in-game and paste the link into your appeal.
No second appeals and no messages to individual staff members — that only slows things down.
