BedWars in four sentences: every team has a bed. As long as it stands, you come back after dying. Destroy the other beds and those teams are out for good. The last team with players wins.
The first 60 seconds
- Collect iron and gold at your generator, buy wool and build to the nearest diamond island.
- Protect your bed early: wool around it first, end stone or wood later. A bare bed is gone after two minutes.
Resources
- Iron and gold – blocks, weapons, armour, tools.
- Diamonds (side islands) – team upgrades: sharper swords, protection, faster generators, traps.
- Emeralds (middle) – the good stuff: diamond armour, ender pearls, invisibility.
Attacking
- Build wide bridges, not thin ones. Otherwise you get knocked off.
- Bring fireballs or TNT to crack the bed defence.
- After the bed, do not stand still: those players are not coming back.
Defending
- Place traps, they tell you who is coming.
- Someone always stays at the bed as long as other teams are alive.
Common mistakes
Spending all your gold on armour with no block left for the way back. Going to the middle alone while your bed is uncovered. Throwing pearls without knowing where you will land.
